Senior Solicitor
Yvonne is a senior solicitor with McCartney Young Lawyers.
Yvonne specialises in future planning, involving estate planning, powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian and testamentary trusts. Yvonne also acts in probate matters and family provision claims and litigation. Yvonne has a Masters of Law (Applied Law) in the area of wills and estates. Yvonne’s expertise is well-regarded and she is regularly referred work from local accountants and financial advisors.
Whilst most of Yvonne’s practice focuses on wills and estates, she is also experienced in a variety of property matters including commercial and retail leasing and business sales.
Yvonne has lived in the Ballina area for over 20 years and has raised a family throughout that time. She enjoys the social interactions that regional practice brings and applies a strongly level of objectivity and attention to detail to all matters that cross her desk.
When Yvonne is not working hard for clients, she enjoys fun times with family and friends, frolicking in the surf and trawling through art galleries.
