Senior Solicitor
Sarah joined the firm in 2016 after completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at Southern Cross University.
Sarah is a solicitor and practices in the areas of property law, local government and planning law and wills and estates. Sarah regularly advises clients in relation to commercial and retail leasing, strata matters and other property law matters. Sarah also has experience in acting for Councils, developers and other clients in land and environment litigation. She is familiar with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal jurisdiction.
Sarah’s attention to detail, work ethic and efficiency make her a valued part of the McCartney Young Lawyers legal team. Sarah enjoys the variety of work on offer in a specialist regional law firm as well as the opportunity to serve a range of clients from businesses to local government to individuals.
Sarah is a local, having grown up in the Alstonville area and completed her studies on the Far North Coast. Sarah lives in Lindendale and in her spare time, enjoys cooking, bushwalking and live music.
